Description

Network Instruments Observer is prone to an overflow condition. This issue is triggered when a boundary error occurs in the CSnmp::DecodePacket() method (NISNMP.DLL) resulting in multiple heap-based buffer overflows. When parsing an SNMP datagram, a remote attacker can potentially execute arbitrary code.
