Description

Baxter Colleague 3 CXE VolumetricInfusion Pump is prone to an overflow condition. This issue is caused by an overflow in the memory buffer that feeds information to the main processor, which will result in a buffer overflow. This will result in a loss of availability for the device, resulting in adverse affects for the patient, including serious harm or even death.
