Cisco Adaptive Security Appliances (ASA) contains a flaw that may allow a remote denial of service. The issue is triggered when an unspecified error occurs during the handling of IPv6 transit traffic. This result in loss of availability for the program.
Upgrade to the version specified in the vendor advisory or higher, as it has been reported to fix this vulnerability. It is also possible to temporarily work around the flaw by implementing the workaround described in the vendor advisory.
