Description

Google V8 contains an invalid read flaw in the 'GenerateMappedArgumentsLookup' function in arm/ic-arm.cc, ia32/ic-ia32.cc, and mips/ic-mips.cc. With a specially crafted web page, a context-dependent attacker can cause a crash or potentially disclose memory contents.

Solution

It has been reported that this issue has been fixed. Upgrade to version 3.10.8.4, or higher, to address this vulnerability.

Upgrade to Google Chrome version 19.0.1084.52 or higher, as it has been reported to fix this vulnerability. An upgrade is required as there are no known workarounds.
