Description

WebKit contains a use-after-free error in the handling of custom fonts. With a specially crafted web page, a context-dependent attacker can dereference already freed memory and potentially execute arbitrary code.

Solution

It has been reported that this issue has been fixed. Upgrade to version 1.8.0, or higher, to address this vulnerability.

Upgrade to Google Chrome version 15.0.874.102, Apple Safari version 5.1.4, Apple iTunes 10.6, and Apple iOS 5.1, or higher, as they have been reported to fix these vulnerabilities. An upgrade is required as there are no known workarounds.
