<em style='font-weight:bold;'>(Description Provided by <a href="http://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=2007-6619" target="_blank">CVE</a>)</em> : The Setup Wizard in Atlassian JIRA Enterprise Edition before 3.12.1 does not properly restrict setup attempts after setup is complete, which allows remote attackers to change the default language.

Solution
