Description

A buffer overflow exists in Mac OS X. The Networking component fails to validate new AppleTalk zone information resulting in a stack overflow. With a specially crafted request to an AppleTalk IOCTL socket, a local attacker can cause arbitrary code execution resulting in a loss of integrity.
